1. Shipping and Delivery Policy
1.1 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
1.2 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take additional time for delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
1.3 Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above 999
Orders below the minimum amount may incur a nominal delivery charge, displayed during checkout.
1.4 Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners such as Delivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post, etc., to ensure safe and timely delivery.
1.5 Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays may cause slight delays.
Auramantra is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the product:
Is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Is returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition.
Includes the original packaging, tags, and invoice.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
Any item used, washed, or altered by the customer cannot be returned.
2.3 Exchange Policy
If the product received is defective or different from what you ordered, you may request an exchange for the same or similar item.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 business days.
3.2 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned timeframe:
Recheck your bank or payment account.
Contact your bank or card provider.

4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them if they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the product.
